As part of the service extended to our business customers, TRF offers a suite of human resource and employee services, aimed toward assisting workers with access to social benefits such as the Earned Income Tax Credits, as well as assisting employers with job recruitment and retention strategies.

Small Business

TRF offers small businesses both conventional and SBA guaranteed loans. TRF’s flexible financing expertise can position us as the sole lender in a transaction or as part of a group of lenders, where we can help to close a gap in financing.

Supermarkets

TRF offers an innovative supermarket financing program through its Fresh Food Financing Initiative. Created in partnership with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this $80 million initiative supports the creation and expansion of supermarkets in underserved rural and urban communities throughout Pennsylvania.

Private Equity

For growing businesses, TRF Private Equity manages funds that invest in enterprises with the potential to generate significant financial returns for our investors and job opportunities for low- and middle-income workers. Our funds target investments in companies with proven business models, experienced management teams, and the desire to build substantial businesses. Investment opportunities are evaluated on the basis of each company’s ability to grow and support a double bottom line: strong financial returns and job creation.
