How to Invest

An investment in TRF is an investment in families and communities. By investing, you join a network that together, creates new homes, new schools, quality jobs, and thriving businesses in neighborhoods that need them most.

A TRF investor can lend a minimum of $1,000 for a period of 3 to 30 years. Each investment can earn a small interest that can vary according to the period of investment. For example a $1,000 investment for 10 years can earn 3.75% in interest, as opposed to 2.25% if invested for only 3 years.

Some choose to make an equity contribution to TRF, where every $1 contributed puts $5 to work on the street for years to come. An equity contribution to TRF is completely tax-deductible.
