The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has announced three new members to its nine-member board.
Keith S. Campbell, Ted T. Cecala and Jeremy Nowak begin three-year terms on the board this month.
Campbell is chariman of the Mannington Mills floor coverings company in Salem, N.J., and is chairman of the board of trustees at Rowan University.
Cecala is director, chairman and CEO of Wilmington Trust Corp., and is a director for United Way of Delaware.
Nowak is a co-founder of the Reinvestment Fund in Philadelphia, which funds neighborhood revitalization.
Leaving the board are Wayne R. Weidner, P. Coleman Townsend Jr. and Doris M. Damm.
Weidner is the chairman of National Penn Bancshares of Boyertown, Pa. Townsend is chairman and CEO of the Townsends Inc. poultry and agricultural products company in Wilmington, Del. Damm is president and CEO of ACCU Staffing Services of Cherry Hill, N.J.
