Amy Crews Cutts is Equifax’s Chief Economist and sector leader for the Economic Insights practice in Equifax’s IXI Services Division. She is responsible for macroeconomic analysis and forecasting, business development, and analysis and research relating to the consumer wallet: credit, spending, wealth and income. She joined Equifax in March 2011 after more than 13 years at Freddie Mac where she was the Deputy Chief Economist for eight years. She has taught economics at Georgetown University, the Johns Hopkins University, the University of Virginia and was Assistant Professor of Economics and Senior Researcher in the Maxwell School for Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. 


Michael A. Fitts is the Dean of the Law School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Bernard G. Segal Professor of Law. As Chair of the Faculty Appointments Committee, Associate Dean, and then Dean, he has been the impetus behind establishing a strong cross-disciplinary perspective and new joint programs at the school. Dean Fitts began his career as an Attorney Advisor to the Office of Legal Council in the Department of Justice, which serves as outside Counsel to the President, White House, and Cabinet, and has since written extensively on questions of administrative law, presidential powers, and separation of powers.


George Galster serves as the Clarence Hilberry Professor of Urban Affairs at the College of Urban, Labor, and Metropolitan Affairs, Wayne State University. He has a wealth of experience in academic, governmental, non-profit and for-profit circles, and has published over 100 scholarly articles and book chapters, primarily on the topics of metropolitan housing markets, racial discrimination and segregation, neighborhood dynamics, residential reinvestment, community lending and insurance patterns, and urban poverty. Before going to Wayne State, Dr. Galster was the Director of Housing Research at the Urban Institute in Washington, DC


Kathy M. O’Regan is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University. She teaches courses in microeconomics and policy evaluation, urban economics, and public finance. Her research focuses on issues and programs affecting the urban poor and minorities, including transportation, employment, and isolation problems, and issues of good governance and partnerships for non-profits. Dr. O’Regan spent ten years teaching at the Yale School of Management prior to joining the Wagner faculty in 2000.


Nicolas P. Retsinas is the Director of Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies, a collaborative venture of the Harvard Design School and the Kennedy School of Government. The center conducts research to examine and address the most critical housing and community development issues in America. Mr. Retsinas also serves as a Lecturer in Housing Studies at both of these schools. Prior to his appointment at Harvard, he served as assistant secretary for Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and as Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision. 


John Summers is a founding shareholder and attorney with Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, where he also serves as Chair of the Ethics Committee. As a lawyer, Mr. Summers’ practice includes complex commercial, professional malpractice and misconduct, construction, health care, intellectual property and general business cases. Prior to attending law school, he briefly was an Economist with Glassman-Oliver Economic Consultants in Washington and a Junior Economist for the Council on Wage and Price Stability, also in Washington. He serves as the Chair of TRF's Board of Directors.


Mark Zandi is Chief Economist and co-founder of Economy.com, a leading independent provider of economic, financial, country, and industry research designed to meet the diverse planning and information needs of businesses, governments, and professional investors worldwide. Dr. Zandi is responsible for the firm’s forecasts, model development, and consulting activities, which include macroeconomic, financial, industry and regional economics. His recent work includes a study of the outlook for national and regional housing market conditions, the determinants of personal bankruptcy, the location of high-technology centers, and the impact of globalization and technological change on real estate markets.
